This is my go-to smoothie for breakfast or after a work-out.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1/2 banana
- Ice cubes
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a blender.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add additional ice or water until you reach desired consistency.
3. Enjoy!
