Health

Feeling balanced in the area of health in your life means having energy, feeling rested, and overall feeling well. If you are dealing with an illness or medical condition, please consult your physician. But if you are otherwise healthy and want to take charge of your life in the area of health, here are a few areas you might choose to work on.

  • Exercise
  • Healthy eating
  • Sleep
  • Water
  • Mental Health

Relationships

Relationships are important for many different reasons. They can increase our emotional well being, create stability, help us deal with stress better, and might even help us live longer! Relationships are not just between you and a significant other, they can also be with friends, children, coworkers, and your community. If you are feeling out of balance in your life when it comes to relationships, here are some areas you might want to focus on.

Work

Lately I have been exhausted, so I am going to make a goal to start getting better quality sleep. I am excited to see how I feel after 30 days – if sleeping better will improve other areas of my life.
